FORCE MAJEURE
Neither Party will be liable to the other Party for any delay in or any failure to
perform its obligations (other than payment of money) as a result of any act of god
war, terrorism, riot, or civil commotion but only to the extent that the same was not
caused by the Party seeking relief. If such delay or failure continues for at least
sixty (60) days, either Party will be entitled to terminate this Agreement by notice in
writing

这句话指的是不可抗力。如果由于不可抗力，例如天灾、战争、恐怖主义、暴动或公众动乱等这些因素导致一方无法履行其义务，则该方不会对另一方承担任何责任。但是，如果这种延迟或失败持续时间达到60天以上，任何一方都有权通过书面通知终止协议。不过，如果延迟或失败是由寻求救济的一方引起的，则不能视为不可抗力。
